All muslim stalls are halal and you can eat from them. As for non muslim stalls, these are the stalls that are certified halal in NUS and this information was obtained from MUIS halal directory. You can do search by typing ‘Kent ridge” under street name to get latest info.

Indonesian Panggang Food
The Malay Muslim stall next to Indonesian Panggang Food is also halal.
There is also a McDonalds next to the Engineering Canteen.
Malay and arab stall are halal.
Arts canteen has a malay stall and there is also a burger king located within Arts Canteen
Old Chang Kee
Prata shop at YIH Canteen has been recently certified halal. Information correct as of 16 June 2011. Please check halal logo
Sun Asian Bistro
Megabites Cafe at science block S16 is halal and is open from 730 am to 9pm on weekdays and from 730 am to 4pm on saturdays.
Town Plaza @ University Town
It has a foodcourt (Koufu Foodcourt) which has a malay stall.

All the muslim stalls in NUS canteens are halal and you can purchase food from them. As for the non muslim stall, buy food only from those stalls that have MUIS halal logo. The MUIS halal logo will be displayed in the stall prominently. Stalls in Canteens are open till around 7 p.m. McDonald’s near engineering canteen and Burger King at Arts Canteen are halal certified by MUIS. Burger King closes around 9p.m and McDonald’s is open till around 11p.m and during exam time, it is open 24 hours.
MUIS halal logo looks like this and this is the sign to look for when checking whether a non muslim stall is Halal and also when buying poultry from markets.
This website lists some of recognised Halal authority throughout the world and these are the signs you should look for when buying food items from supermarkets.
There are also few food outlets outside campus but near NUS. They are located along Clementi Road next to Kent Ridge Bus Terminal. One of them is Fong Seng Nasi Lemak and it closes late around 11 pm. Another is Niqqis Cheese Prata Shop and is open 24 hours. Another is a newly opened restaurant, Ameen Makan Place, and is located next to Cheese Prata Shop.
As for buying food and poultry from supermarket, do look for halal logo before purchasing them.
These Musollah are for use of both muslimin and muslimah. If you see the opposite sex using the musollah, it would be courteous of you to wait until they finish using the musollah before using it. Here is the map of campus. Here is link to male musollah and link to female musollah

You can refer to the prayer times in this link to obtain times for starting of fast and breaking of fast. Fasting starts at the onset of fajr and breaking of fast is at start of maghrib.
For breaking of fast, NUS Muslim Society provides breakfast kit on somedays and organises iftar session on some days. Both muslim and muslimah can break fast at any masajid in singapore and they also provide food to break fast. If not, you would have to buy something to break your fast and canteens are open till around 7p.m in NUS on weekdays.
For eating suhoor, you can eat at cheese prata shop along clementi road near Kent Ridge Bus Terminal. Cheese Prata Shop is open 24 hours. If you dont like the hassle of travelling in middle of night, you would have to buy something for suhoor the day before or cook something. Some Masajid also provide suhoor during the last 10 days.
Sunnah I’tikaf is also allowed to be performed at most Masajid in singapore, including Masjid Tentera and Masjid Darussalam, during the last ten days of ramadan.
Terawih Prayers are also offered at all Masajid in Singapore. Terawih is also expected to be conducted at PGP function room InsyaAllah for this year ramadan, 2011 and Isha Prayer begins at 9 p.m.

Please refer to this link to download prayer times for singapore. Most mosques say their iqama for the fardh prayers 5-10 minutes after adhaan except for maghrib where the iqama is called after adhaan.
‘Eid Prayer normally starts at 8 am in most masajid. As for Jumu’ah prayer, the adhan is called at the same time as the starting time of zuhr prayer.

Enter Tan Chin Tuat wing building. At the lift lobby, turn left and go straight. Turn right and enter through the wooden door, past the lift, enter another wooden door and you shall see a musollah set up by the guards.

The nearest mosque to NUS Campus is Masjid Tentera Di Raja and is just opposite of NUS Engineering Faculty and School of Design and Environment and is along clementi road.
